Not the Pro JCW exhaust, just the stock one. This is what you get when switched to Sport mode. Sounds adequate enough for me.

1954 French GP - Mercedes Returns
Просмотров 1,7 тыс.5 лет назад
After the Second World War, Germany was excluded from international motorsport until 1950. In addition, Daimler-Benz and Auto Union had other problems, such as the division of Germany and the rebuilding of destroyed factories. However, Daimler-Benza’s management considered that the value of racing as a developmental exercise was key to their recovery strategy. In 1954 Mercedes finally returned ...

Ford Cortina - Mk's IV and V
Просмотров 45 тыс.6 лет назад
The Mark V was largely an update of the Mark IV, it was really a step between a facelift and a rebody. The styling upgrades were done primarily to bring the Cortina into line with Ford's current design language seen on the Fiesta MkI, Capri MkIII and the forthcoming Escort MkIII.

Rock on Earth Wind and Fire 🔥
Awesome. Have seen many of these some years ago at the Mullen Museum. I love Bugatti's and a wonderful video!
My Dad bought me a 1970 1600 GTXLR, white with the black vinyl roof, 2 days before I passed my driving test. The first my best mate knew of me learning to drive was when I pulled up at the garage where he worked as an apprentice and said "Put 3 quids worth in." I only had the car for 2 years but, when I look back on those halcyon, always, it seems, summer days, it is always right there in my golden memories. That was 43 years ago now and I still miss that car. Happy, happy days.
Great video 👏
Ilive in Portugal, can you please say weres is the barn.
Can't beat a real Dagenham Dustbin 😅
I'm totally in awe what wonderful collection sure hope that most can be restored and loved
great cars bring them back 😊
And they have match officials that help them to achieve these feats.

For those who believe Bugatti is a french car… No No No Bugatti was established in Germany ! Molsheim, Elsass! After ww1 France took over old German Territorial Areal! But in the Core it’s is frankish! France and Allemagne are Brothers! ! I Love the Grande Nation La France … and I know La France loves L‘Allmagne…
The Music is composed by J.S. Bach the famous German Composer Born 1685 … more then 440 Years ago!
Molsheim 1909 !!! Das Elsass, Allemagne, Deutsches Reich. Germany. Tschung Gua, Tedesco, Al Germania… soviel Korrektheit muss sein!
you dont think la voiture noire is more beautiful? thank you for making this
Xmas Present!
Perfect base for a Hot Rod project.
had the pleasure to see 4 of the Bugatti Royales at the goodwood festival of speed years ago sadly did not have a camera at that point
A very informative & well put together video. There is another replica in the Donington Circuit Motor Museum. Donington Circuit owner Tom Wheatcroft wanted a Bugatti Type 41 Royale so he had a replica made for himself. I have personally seen the Kellner bodied car twice. I saw it pre-auction sale at the National Motor Museum, Beaulieu, in November 1987 & then post-auction at the Science Museum, London, in January 1988. Seeing the car for the second time was a pleasant surprise because we did not know that the car was at the Science Museum. Also it was being kept in a 'Closed to the public' room that we were not supposed to go into but did so by mistake!
In the 90s the place I worked at was a big restoration shop with over 40 employees we restored the Bugatti for the Blackhawk collection what a massive massive car I couldn’t believe the alloy wheels that the inside of the wheel was used as the brake drum very strange. we took it to Pebble Beach to show it but the one problem this car had from point of purchase was that the water jackets in the engine cracked somehow and previous people had JB welded up all of the inside of the water jackets this car couldn’t run for over 30 minutes without overheating very disappointing and the customer Blackhawk would not pay for those kind of repairs they just wanted a cosmetic restoration
His car supposedly since 1931 From what I understand to be passed off from collector to collector for years I believe that water jacket problem persisted throughout its lifetime sorry to hear that it was held in a Korean customs deal for years I hope the car is OK but still the problem wasn’t fixed
what happened to the aluminium monoposto that was not in the vault but upstairs, that was the rarest thing that was there...because i had discovered the cars more than 10 years ago, there were also ferrari speed boats in the castle, and there were two of the giuli sprint speciale, one was still in good condition, which was not down in the vault either, i still have many photos
Thank you so much for showing us your Old Hotpoint Dryer. Its exactly the same as my friends Grandma's old one That youve seen on my channel. My friend and her Grandma both sadly passed away a few years ago. She said to me they got in 1982 And it was 30 years old when I first saw. It. It was working well as you noticed. But the one problem it had when I Videoed it the dial has snapped off. So I had to use a set of Tweezers To switch it on. When you got this dryer in 1986, Did you also get the Matching Hotpoint Washer that go's with the dryer?
@@PedroJaimeObrien what happened to the 9313 Dryer?
Yes I did get the washer too. Long story short, my missus at the time of our messy split, she got the washer I got the dryer.
more videos of this dryer please
Hahah.. Top-class - they manufactured it too good 😃
IT WAS NOT - "the 'barn find of the century" - it was just the owner wouldn't sell it. Virtually ALL 'Car Preservationists' knew about it and where it was.
So amazing! The designs... What a Connoiseur the original Collector was... Hat's off from wintery Sweden ☃️
Schöner Film, passende Musik.... Und jetzt ist der Bugatti restauriert, wunderschön aber nur noch einer von vielen. Für immer verloren! Lieber, aber unkundiger Besitzer, schäm dich deiner Schandtat!
Incredible, one guy in the midwest collected all these Bugatti's. What foresight and taste. I saw the old Harrah's collection. He had a Royale there along with so many other cars as it seemed endless.
As a Bugatti Royale lover since 1976 and living in South America, I collected all Bugatti Royales in miniature, in 1/43 scale, made by several diecast brands. My favourite is the black limousine.
I wondered do you have a particular connection to the Bugatti world or just interested ?
Terrible music and should be changed
That 'replica of the prototype', the builder/owner says it was researched as The Prototype's chassis, the one Himself seems to have wrecked.
Love the early Pa cresta 3 window
No there’s another 1 Specifically modified with a VR8 Engine the Creme Delilah Creme Cruella De-Vil’s Panther De-Ville, Prototype 2 in 1960!
Love the tune
Beautiful video
Still the ultimate. And as this video informs us, it was the product of not one man, but a family of geniuses. Their willingness to go beyond accepted boundaries and thus show humanity its vast potential is in the spirit of working- class soldiers who defeated the troops of the aristocracy during the French revolution. Their motto was: “De l'audace, encore de l'audace, et toujours de l'audace!”
Amazing collection
Being a chaufer must have been better than owning the car since you got to drive it.
Ha! Just watched the original a few moments back
Brought a tear to my eye, recalling a mispent youth tearing around in a Cortina. Happy days indeed. 😢😢😅😅
Beautiful and sad history. I became a fan of Bugattis with the Veyron and Chiron. I know those are the VWs of Bugatti but also come to love the Royale series. All of these have a style and quality all their own including the Veyron and Chiron. I could never afford the real ones so 1/24 models and diecasts will suffice. The video's simple history and music was so easy to understand, not complicated at all and very detailed.
Still some left ? Interested in the Borgwards....
I'm surprised the family didn't go in and just throw it all away like most do when granddaddies. You know the one with the big garbage bag that just starts grabbing everything the guy spent his whole life collecting.
Goodness, the memories. In the mid eighties I had a Cortina Crusader in pepper red. Loved that car.
Always had Fords in the family. Dad owned a mk 1 and a mk 3 and I had a mk 5. The 1962 mk 1 YWC 862 was an early pre airflow Consul Cortina with bench seat, column gearchange and rectangular speedo. The 1973 mk 3 RUR 356M was a 2 litre GT with the sloping dash, centre console with gauges and wonderful 'tombstone' front seats. My 1980 mk 5 MVW 838V was my first new car and was a special order 1.6 LS. this came with Weber carb, rev counter, sports wheels , driving lights etc.
I wanna buy all the Mk4 & Mk5 Ford Cortina Saloon Cars in Crusader / Carousel / Ghia’s / 2.0 GL / 2.0 GLS / 2.0 LS / 2.0 S
outstanding quality and information. thanks!
